is qualified in architecture, education and arbitration and was Chair of Clark+Kanner in Santa Monica California until 2002. He started up the LA Chapter in 1995, was founding President of RIBA-USA and created its original website in 1997. He negotiated RIBA-USA's status as an official AIA-CES provider, coordinated its national surveys and led the very successful RIBA-USA mission to Beijing and Zhengzhou, China in May 2004. Tim is registered with ARB in the UK and licensed to practice as an architect in NY & CA.
