While Chair of Clark+Kanner in Santa Monica California 1996-2002 Tim started up the LA Chapter in 1995, was founding President of RIBA-USA and created its original website in 1997. He negotiated RIBA-USA's status as an official AIA-CES provider, coordinated its national surveys and led the very successful RIBA-USA mission to Beijing and Zhengzhou, China in May 2004. He is registered as an architect with the UK, NY and CA Boards. In 2007 Tim became Regional Director with ATKINS UK then Director of Architecture for the Dubai Metro. Since 2010 he has been based in Qatar where he is Resident Director for OBERMEYER, currently seconded as a rail specialist to support DB International on the Doha Metro project. Chad Overway, AIA, RIBA

Mr. Overway is a graduate of SCI-Arc and Cranbrook Academy of Art. He has been practicing architecture for over 30 years. His firm is based in San Francisco and is well known for their expertise in hospitality, commercial and master planning projects. He has completed numerous projects throughout California and the Western States.  His practice expanded into the international marketplace in the late 90’s with projects in Turkey, Egypt and the Middle East.

Phil holds a D.Arch from Kingston University London, is a Chartered Member of the RIBA, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and has held leadership roles with major firms in architecture, including Perkins and Will, A.T. Former National President of the American Institute of Architects, Raj is a graduate of the Bartlett, and holds degrees from the universities of Ceylon, London, Kansas and Hawaii.  The winner of many design awards, an internationally renowned pioneer of the sustainability movement, he is the author of critically acclaimed books on the subject, Sustainable Design Strategies and Green Architecture.   President of Barr Group International he has worked on projects across the globe.
