RIBA-USA Symposium Selected for Inclusion in the 2012 AIA Convention!

Washington DC
May 2012 RIBA-USA Symposium at the AIA Convention
Thursday, May 17, 2-3:30 p.m.
“Building Global Connectivity while Achieving Local Synergy in International Practice”
The RIBA-USA Board of Trustees has decided that this year's Annual General Meeting will be held again to coincide with the AIA Convention in Washington DC. However, this year we were determined to be more closely allied with the Convention itself to ensure a wider platform for the RIBA and AIA members. To that end, we have just heard that our RIBA-USA submission of abstract, “Building Global Connectivity while Achieving Local Synergy in International Practice”, was selected for inclusion in the 2012 AIA Convention and we look forward to making closer ties with the AIA.
See: http://convention.aia.org/

A reception will also be held to welcome the 74th RIBA President, Angela Brady, to the United States. http://www.dezeen.com/2010/07/26/angela-brady-elected-next-president-of-the-riba/
